The Home Magazine: An Illustrated Paper for Sunday and Weekday Reading was published by the George Newnes publishing company, founded by George Newnes (who is perhaps most famous for publishing The Strand). As the title suggests, it offered primarily religious fare. Eventually it merged with The Sunday Strand and Illustrated Home Monthly, also published by the Newnes company.
